2013 Membership Form

Manual membership may attract an additional processing charge of up to $5.

To join Cycling Australia using a hard copy form please follow this checklist:

• Download and complete the membership form.
• Submit the completed form to your Club Secretary or Membership Registrar
• Submit the membership fee applicable to your category.
• Retain the original stamped and signed form and obtain a recipt from your club official to use to enter events until you receive your membership card

2013 Replacement Card Form

Replacement cards are available at a cost of $16.50.

Confirmation receipts or emails will not be re-issued unless payment is received for a replacement card.

If you want to transfer clubs at the time of renewal or mid-season you must complete this form and submit to Cycling Australia.

2012 International Licence Form
